Save the Date! Saturday Union Members School - Spokane on November 15th

Join union members from across Eastern WA and Idaho to learn how to make our unions, communities, and organizations stronger and more effective! The one-day school will feature workshops to build your skills as a union member, covering topics including:
- Organizing around grievances
- Interpreting contracts
- Running effective new employee orientations
- Building bridges across political divides
- Organizing in open shops
- Building workplace organizing networks
- and much more!
The day will also feature panel discussions with movement leaders, community strategy sessions, and chances to socialize with union members from diverse sectors.
Come sharpen your skills, build community, and help build the movement!
Who: Rank and file union members, officers, and staff from all unions who want to boost their skills and build community
Date: Saturday, November 15th
Registration costs: $20 regular rate / $35 solidarity rate / $10 hardship rate. Your union may be able to sponsor your registration.
Food: Coffee, a light breakfast (pastries), a full lunch, and refreshments will be offered throughout the day.
