Sustainable Building Science Technology
Sustainable Building Science Technology offers industry professionals a pathway to becoming a skilled Building Science Professional. Hospitality Management
The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Hospitality Management program will prepare students who have completed AAS-T degrees in Accounting, Business Information Technology, Culinary, or other related areas of study for management level positions in the hospitality industry. Students will learn and explore management, marketing and human resource positions in all facets of the hospitality field, including tourism, hotel operations, restaurant management, catering, cruise ships operations, casino operations and travel.
