Helping People Manage Change

Presented by Robert Jeffers

If we are to stay successful in the current climate, the goal is simple: Get things done better, faster and with fewer resources than ever before.

Helping People Manage Change teaches participants the attributes and actions that will inspire them to become, and remain, a vital part of the effort. It explores the essential elements every organization must have for an efficient, improving workforce. People will learn the qualities managers and leaders must master in motivating themselves and others for increased problem solving, productivity, customers satisfaction, and ultimately, bottom-line results.

Participants will learn:

-Essential steps in shortening the change cycle and getting buy-in up front.
-Four organizational necessities for creating a high-performance workforce.
-Strategies for coaching those that are coachable and what to do about the rest.
-Emotional intelligence requirements for leading people through difficult conversations.
-The importance of facing conflicts head-on.

Robert Jeffers is a twenty-year veteran in helping people transition workplace issues that impede progress. He’s an international speaker, consultant and coach, as well as program faculty for the University of Wisconsin School of Business in Advanced Management, a program awarded a #1 world ranking for value by the London Financial Times five times since 2005.

Robert has helped many organizations grow their success, including: Bosch, Kodak, Shure Audio, Thrivent Financial, American Family Insurance, Clemson University, Inc. Magazine, Deloitte & Touche, First Data Corporation, ACE Worldwide, Pacific Telecom, Weyerhaeuser, and the USDA.
